Let’s face it: Valentine’s Day shopping is normally a hassle. Many partners wait until the last minute to secure their presents — whether chocolates, flowers, stuffed animals, or jewelry — either because they’re too busy or they’re just dreading the shopping experience. And the age-old request of “Get me something that reminds you of me!” seems to be almost impossible to fulfill.

Starting today, we’re having a raffle! For a $5 donation, you will be entered to win a box of chocolates and a $40 gift card to Flower Fashions, in Frederick. For a $10 donation, you’ll be entered to win a set of rose quartz stone, gold-filled earrings and matching necklace supplied by local jeweler, the Adelena Ray Collection. For a $15 donation, you’ll be entered to win a $25 gift card to Regal Cinemas and a $50 gift card to Dutch’s Daughter Restaurant! Want to try your luck at all three? Enter your name to win them all for just $25! The best part? You can enter as many times as you’d like!
The raffle will run until Monday, Feb. 6, and winners will be announced Thursday, Feb. 9, so you have plenty of time to pick up your prizes for your special someone. And, if you live in Frederick, we’ll be more than happy to deliver your prizes to you!
