October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month, and this year’s theme is “Celebrating Value and Talent.” Michael started his job at Black Ankle Vineyards earlier this year and has already become a valuable member of the team. He works independently, taking on tasks such as watering plants, weeding, cleaning, arranging chairs, and taking out the trash.
